As you know, we occasionally browse the “Top Paid” charts on the Xbox Store<\/a> to see what’s been performing well in recent weeks, and we’ve been surprised to find three indies charting surprisingly high on there right now!<\/p>\n

The most incredible performer is Escape the Backrooms<\/a>, which is literally #1 as things stand. It’s beating EA Sports FC 26<\/a>, 007 First Light<\/a>, Forza Horizon 6<\/a> and various other massive AAA releases.<\/p>\n

As you can see though, the Xbox Store is quite delayed when it comes to rejigging its chart lineup, so the likes of Destiny 2: The Collection and the Metro Saga Bundle are also charting really high due to a recent sale that’s now over.<\/p>\n

\"Three<\/a><\/p>\n

Beyond the top five, another high charting game is NBA The Run<\/a>, which a spiritual successor to the old NBA Street games. That one’s in the number eight spot as things stand, humorously sitting ahead of NBA 2K26<\/a> in ninth. Better yet, the Deluxe Edition of NBA The Run is also doing really well in the #24 spot.<\/p>\n

And finally, Bellwright is another new release from last week that’s launched straight into 11th place. It’s been on PC for some time now, and the new Xbox version has a 3.9\/5 rating on the Xbox Store based on 100+ total reviews already.<\/p>\n

Escape The Backrooms (Xbox Game Pass)<\/p>\n

Escape the Backrooms is a 1-4 player co-op horror exploration game. Traverse 30+ eerie backrooms levels while avoiding entities and other dangers. Try to escape but be warned: survival isn’t guaranteed.<\/p>\n

NBA The Run<\/p>\n

We\u2019re taking it back to the streets. NBA THE RUN is a fast-paced, online 3v3 street basketball game, played above-the-rim and packed with posterizing moments, ankle-breaking tricks and a unique, signature style. Take your favorite NBA stars to iconic streetball courts around the world and stack wins, earn cred and become the GOAT of THE RUN.<\/p>\n

Bellwright<\/p>\n

Establish and expand your own settlements, liberate the land and assist its villagers, and recruit others to your cause while learning more about a life you had to leave behind. Your recruits will help you build up the resources and might needed for a stand against the Crown. Command your forces, prove your valor through combat, and cement yourself as the hero of your people.<\/p>\n
