A murder investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed to death in south-east London.<\/p>\n
Police and paramedics were called to Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, shortly after 03:30 BST on Sunday, where they found the man, believed to be in his 30s, nearby with stab wounds. He died at the scene.<\/p>\n
Another man, aged 30, was found with serious injuries and was taken to hospital. <\/p>\n
He has since been arrested on suspicion of murder, the Met Police said.<\/p>\n
Det Ch Insp Sarah Lee, who is leading the investigation, said: “Our officers responded quickly alongside the London Ambulance Service who did everything possible to help the victim.<\/p>\n
“This is a fast-moving investigation and residents in Crystal Palace will continue to notice an extensive police presence today as our inquiries continue.”<\/p>\n
