{"id":651550,"date":"2026-06-22T03:28:10","date_gmt":"2026-06-22T03:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/651550\/"},"modified":"2026-06-22T03:28:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T03:28:10","slug":"world-cup-2026-bukayo-saka-in-full-training-with-england-squad-before-ghana-match","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/651550\/","title":{"rendered":"World Cup 2026: Bukayo Saka in full training with England squad before Ghana match"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Bukayo Saka has trained with the England squad to provide a fitness boost to Thomas Tuchel before their second World Cup match against Ghana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The Arsenal attacker did not fully train with the rest of the squad on Saturday, instead doing some individual work for part of the session.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">However, it is understood that Saka did take part in normal training for England&#8217;s penultimate session on Sunday before Tuesday&#8217;s game in Boston.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Saka is currently nursing an Achilles tendinitis issue and started on the bench for the 4-2 win over Croatia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Tuchel has since said Saka is unlikely to be in contention to start until the third group game versus Panama.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The 24-year-old has been carrying the issue for a while.
