Confidence that it won&#8217;t be a bloodbath isn&#8217;t exactly great, leading to an increasing concern for one particularly quiet studio, Arkane Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>Fans were understandably disappointed that <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.purexbox.com\/tags\/marvel&#039;s-blade\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Marvel&#8217;s Blade<\/a> didn&#8217;t make an appearance at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 despite being announced a few years ago.<\/p>\n<p>However, Bethesda boss Todd Howard offered encouraging remarks about the project in an interview with <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/xbox-25th-anniversary-hollywood-adaptations-cover-story-exclusive-12003252\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Entertainment Weekly<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Following a prod on the status of The Elder Scrolls VI, Howard offered a brief comment on the development of the iconic daywalker:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not at liberty to say when [we&#8217;ll see more]&#8230;but I saw some stuff just yesterday [on May 21] and the folks at Arkane are doing a really, really great job.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If you couple Howard&#8217;s optimism with the official word out of Arkane to &#8220;Let us cook&#8221;, then maybe it kind of sounds like, err, maybe we have no reason to worry whatsoever?
