\n\tThe collaboration rebounds to the summit after a four-week absence, during which tracks by Ariana Grande<\/a> (\u201cHate That I Made You Love Me\u201d) and Taylor Swift<\/a> (\u201cI Knew It, I Knew You\u201d) held court at the top of the chart.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs a result, \u201cRein Me In\u201d has now overtaken Alex Warren\u2019s stirring ballad \u201cOrdinary\u201d for the longest-running U.K. No. 1 in the 2020s so far. Warren achieved a non-consecutive 13-week run in 2025, overtaking Ed Sheeran\u2019s \u201cBad Habits,\u201d which earned 11 weeks.<\/p>\n

\n\tDrake\u2019s \u201cOne Dance\u201d holds the 21st century record with 15 weeks at the top, while the overall leader remains the late U.S. singer-songwriter Frankie Laine, whose track \u201cI Believe\u201d notched 18 non-consecutive weeks in 1958.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cRein Me In\u201d first appeared on Fender\u2019s Mercury Prize-winning 2025 album People Watching, and was remixed last summer with a new verse from Dean. The song first hit No. 1 in February 2026 and later won song of the year at the BRIT Awards, and received a special 7\u201d vinyl release June 20 to commemorate its first anniversary.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing the bumper success of her third LP you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, which remains atop the U.K.\u2019s Official Albums Chart this week, Olivia Rodrigo occupies three spots in the top five. \u201cStupid Song\u201d lands at No. 2, followed by \u201cThe Cure\u201d (No. 4) and previous chart-topper \u201cDrop Dead\u201d (No. 5). Michael Jackson completes the upper slate with \u201cBillie Jean\u201d at No. 3, following Michael\u2019s continued box-office success.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs Harry Styles\u2019 record-breaking Wembley Stadium residency rolls on,\u202fhe continues to enjoy a boost across streaming platforms, with \u201cAmerican Girls\u201d jumping back into the top 10 at No. 8. 2017\u2019s\u202f\u201dSign of the Times\u201d hops up nine spots to No. 19,\u202fwhile \u201cAperture\u201d appears at No. 27.<\/p>\n

\n\tCountry phenomenon\u202fElla Langley clinches a new personal best, banking her first-ever U.K. top 10 single with \u201cChoosin\u2019 Texas\u201d landing at No. 9. Langley\u2019s\u202f \u201cBe Her\u201d also \u202fedges closer to the top 40, sitting just outside the main standings at No. 43.<\/p>\n

\n\tShakira and Burna Boy\u2019s \u201cDai Dai,\u201d the official song of the FIFA World Cup 2026, also makes major moves on the chart this week. The track scores a top 20 position for the first time, coming in at No. 19 and outperforming Shakira\u2019s\u202fprevious\u202f2010 World Cup anthem,\u202f\u201cWaka Waka (This Time for Africa)\u201d \u202ffeaturing\u202fFreshlyground, which peaked at No. 21 upon release.<\/p>\n
