Here are her top diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Disha is committed to fitness and regularly works out. \u201cI work out everyday and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kick boxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings,\u201d she told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.in\/content\/disha-patani-workout-diet-tips-interview\">Vogue India<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Disha also prioritizes hydration, telling Vogue that her water bottle \u201cis the most important part of any workout.\u201d According to the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/nutrition-and-healthy-eating\/in-depth\/water\/art-20044256\">Mayo Clinic<\/a>, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.<\/p>\n<p>According to Disha, there is a big misconception that women should only do \u201ccardio, not weight training,\u201d she told Vogue, adding that most women \u201call work out and do heavy weights; I come across so many girls in the gym training really hard. But, it is definitely advisable to cram in a small meal before a work out, consisting of some protein, like eggs. After exercising, it is good to add protein again, either through chicken, eggs or paneer,\u201d she told Vogue,<\/p>\n<p>Disha indulges in the occasional cheat meal. \u201cI absolutely love them; in fact, I wait for cheat days the whole week.
