“I don’t think we played well. We shot ourselves in the first half. We couldn’t finish our sets and we gave too many opportunities to Leigh, which they took.<\/p>\n
“Every time they were in our 10m, they ended up scoring tries and we were again chasing the game.<\/p>\n
“It’s a tough sport, rugby league, and when we give opportunities like we did, it’s even harder.”<\/p>\n

“It was a very hot day, 40C before kick-off and it makes everyone a bit nervous. <\/p>\n
“We needed to start well and we controlled that first half so I’m really pleased with the performance.<\/p>\n
“Toulouse made a lot of mistakes and didn’t help themselves but we needed to come here and create some pressure with our defence because it can be a tough place to come and with the conditions here today as well.”<\/p>\n
