The Oscar-nominated \u201cMarriage Story\u201d star has quietly listed his combined three-bedroom condo at 20 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights for just under $5 million, The Post has learned.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The move comes just days after Driver shelled out $11.5 million for three units on the sixth floor of The Standish, the ultra-exclusive Columbia Heights<\/a> building that is fast becoming the borough\u2019s most glamorous address.<\/p>\n Adam Driver listed his combined three-bedroom loft at 20 Henry Street for just under $5 million. Getty Images<\/p>\n Driver originally assembled the 20 Henry Street home over several years, scooping up the first unit in 2014 and a second in 2017 before knocking down the walls between them.<\/p>\n Property records show the trust tied to the actor paid a combined $4.24 million for both units. He now seeks $5 million for the 2,681-square-foot result of that renovation.<\/p>\n The home, housed in a converted 1892 candy factory, was redesigned by Elizabeth Roberts Architects into a loft-style residence featuring soaring ceilings, oversized arched windows, original timber columns and beams, and custom glass-and-steel partitions.\u00a0<\/p>\n Warm teak paneling, bespoke millwork and motorized shades round out the finishes.<\/p>\n The six-room layout includes three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a dedicated study. The building has a doorman, fitness center and cold storage.<\/p>\n Carl Gambino of Compass holds the listing. A representative for the broker declined to comment.<\/p>\n Driver assembled the 20 Henry Street home over several years, buying the first unit in 2014 and a second in 2017 before combining them into a 2,681-square-foot loft housed in a converted 1892 candy factory. Google Maps<\/p>\n At the Standish, Driver\u2019s three sixth-floor units span 3,500 square feet and set him back more than $3,200 per square foot \u2014 among the priciest sales ever recorded in the borough on a per-square-foot basis.<\/p>\n The seller was Mark Van Zandt, a managing director at asset manager King Street\u2019s real estate division, and his wife Lindsay. <\/p>\n The couple had assembled the trio of apartments between 2017 and 2025, paying $4 million for the three-bedroom Unit 6B, $1.2 million for the one-bedroom Unit 6A in 2021, and $1 million for Unit 601 last year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Driver\u2019s identity was shielded by a trust in the deal, which was first reported by The Real Deal.<\/a><\/p>\n The Standish has attracted a notable roster of celebrity buyers in recent years.\u00a0<\/p>\n Driver simultaneously dropped $11.5 million on three sixth-floor units at the Standish, the exclusive Columbia Heights building that counts Matt Damon and Emily Blunt among its residents.
