This Focus Features film will unleash terror in theaters on Christmas Day 2026, and <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" class=\"info-target-blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cinemacon.com\/en\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.cinemacon.com\/en\/\">CinemaCon<\/a> attendees got our first look at what to expect. Eggers, who wrote and directed Werwulf, is quite the horror maestro, but anyone who saw Nosferatu knows that already. Now, around six months before the release of Werwulf, we have our first look image of the film as well as the trailer. We see fire, blood protection, and strange rituals as we learn about what\u2019s going on in this universe. It does not seem like a vibe at all, but I will watch it with glee. Strange, haunting, and deep into its gothic aesthetic, Werwulf totally nails the trailer by giving us intriguing teases with telling the whole tale. <\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" class=\"info-target-blank ignore\" href=\"https:\/\/nerdist.com\/article\/robert-eggers-nosferatu-digital-and-4k-uhd-extended-cut\/\">Robert Eggers\u2019 NOSFERATU Coming to Digital and 4K UHD With New Extended Cut<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph ignore\">We see Aaron Taylor-Johnson\u2019s family traveling by foot as we hear an ancient tale about werewolves traversing the countryside.
