It&#8217;s a dog&#8217;s dinner, a bad idea.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex county councils, which are all run by Reform, and Conservative-run Hampshire County Council, have decided to pursue a judicial review opposing the plans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The plans are not unpopular with everyone.
