He says that training at a gym where legends such as Muhammad Ali<\/a>, Jake LaMotta<\/a> and Roberto Duran used to batter the bags has now become an ‘essential’ part of his routine, while sharing an update with fans online.<\/p>\n Page<\/a> – who uses both he\/him and they\/them pronouns – took to social media<\/a> to share snaps of the incredible progress he has made.<\/p>\n The Umbrella Academy <\/a>star has been getting in the ring with New York-based coach Nolan Hanson at the ‘world-famous’ Gleason\u2019s Gym in Brooklyn<\/a>.<\/p>\n Both amateurs and professionals train at the venue, and it seems that actors who fancy swinging a few punches are also a fan of the place too.<\/p>\n Earlier this week, Page shared a post on social media that included footage of him showing off his boxing skills as he sparred with Hanson.<\/p>\n But it was the image which accompanied these videos which really set tongues wagging, as people couldn’t believe how ripped the Juno actor <\/a>has become.<\/p>\n Page heaped praise on his coach in the caption of the post, saying he felt ‘incredibly fortunate’ to work alongside Hanson in the gym.<\/p>\n “He\u2019s a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport<\/a>,” Page said.<\/p>\n “Training with Nolan has become an essential part of my life. If you\u2019re in NYC and looking, I can\u2019t recommend him highly enough.<\/p>\n “Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am.”<\/p>\n Fans of Page were wowed by the wonders that his latest fitness obsession has done for his physique, as demonstrated by a comment left by one person which read: “BRUHHHHH. Absolutely marvellous six pack, what the hell.”<\/p>\n Another said: “You could wash laundry on those abs! Keep it up! Amazing!!!! Way to get us all motivated to get off our butts lol.”<\/p>\n A third added: “Ripped. Torn. Shredded!!! LFG! You look amazing dude!”<\/p>\n A fourth wrote: “I gotta unfreeze my gym account.
