Dua Lipa<\/a> is back in the studio after her lavish wedding<\/a> and Euro summer honeymoon<\/a> with her new husband, Callum Turner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Over the past few weeks, the vacation queen has been sharing photos of her holiday looks on Instagram<\/a>, wearing everything from Napoli football shirts to metallic bikinis.<\/p>\n

But just because she\u2019s no longer out of office doesn\u2019t mean she\u2019s going to let her fashion streak slide.<\/p>\n

Just yesterday, the Grammy winner was photographed stepping out of the famed Electric Lady Studios in New York City, which has hosted everyone from David Bowie to Jimi Hendrix, who founded the musical hotspot in 1968.<\/p>\n

While fans will be over the moon that new music from the star is likely imminent, it would be remiss to ignore the eye-watering cost behind Dua\u2019s \u2018casual\u2019 work outfit.<\/p>\n

At a glance, Dua looked the ultimate cool girl in a pair of frayed denim shorts, a white long-sleeved T-shirt and a backwards blue baseball cap.<\/p>\n

However, dig a little deeper, and you\u2019ll realise that this \u2018I just threw this on\u2019 look costs around \u00a35,000 more than the annual UK salary for full-time employees. Big sigh.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s unpack. First, there\u2019s the Chanel Maxi flap bag, which retails at an eye-watering \u00a36,610. Pair that with Dua\u2019s<\/a> Chanel \u00a3950 ballet flats \u2014 the star opted for the burgundy and light blue lambskin versions \u2014 and that\u2019s already close to \u00a38,000.<\/p>\n

But Dua\u2019s jewellery is where things get more expensive. Though not quite as pricey as Taylor Swift\u2019s engagement ring<\/a>, which some estimates range to be as high as $1.5 to $2 million, the Physical singer sported a Bulgari Serpenti Seduttori 18K yellow gold and diamond watch. <\/p>\n

On Bulgari\u2019s website, the watch retails at \u00a336,932, while her Khaite Benny leather belt costs a cool \u00a3380.<\/p>\n

All in, Dua\u2019s studio look will have set her back a staggering \u00a344,872. But with a net worth of \u00a3150 million, it\u2019s pocket money.<\/p>\n

Such a huge bank account will no doubt have come in handy when wedding planning. <\/p>\n

In June, Dua and Callum tied the knot <\/a>at Marylebone Town Hall before jetting off to the historic Villa Valguarnera in Sicily\u2019s capital, Palermo, for a lavish three-day bash with family and friends.<\/p>\n

The extravagant affair \u2014 which was also attended by fellow pop star Charli XCX<\/a> and fashion icon Donatella Versace,\u00a0to name a few famous faces \u2014 reportedly totalled \u00a31.5million.<\/a><\/p>\n

Despite the huge price tag, it didn\u2019t go down well with locals, who made their feelings known about their town being taken over by celebrities.<\/p>\n

Posters were splashed across walls and monuments, as well as spray paint graffiti, informing the newlyweds that\u00a0Palermo is \u2018not for rent\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dua later\u00a0reportedly paid residents \u00a35,000 as compensation<\/a> for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n
