six days after the incident at about 00:30 BST on 13 June<\/a> in Chalkwell Park, Southend-on-Sea.<\/p>\nIn a statement, her mother and family said: “Tallulah always lived her best life, had a beautiful soul and life will never be the same without her.”<\/p>\n
An 18-year-old man from Westcliff-on-Sea and a 17-year-old boy arrested in connection with the incident remain on bail until September, said Essex Police.<\/p>\n
“She was an amazing sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin and was loved by all who knew her,” her mother continued, on behalf of their family.<\/p>\n
“Losing Tallulah has left a hole in many hearts that could never be filled but we will forever be grateful for the memories we have made with her. We will miss her eternally.”<\/p>\n
She thanked the emergency services who cared for her daughter “when she needed it most”.<\/p>\n
Tallulah’s friends also paid tribute to the young woman.<\/p>\n
Macie said they had been best friends since they first met at school, aged five.<\/p>\n
“Growing up we shared so many secrets, laughter, good times and memories that will be cherished for a lifetime,” she said.<\/p>\n
Another, Shannon, described her as “kind-hearted, caring, generous” and more like a sister than a friend.<\/p>\n
And a third friend, Mya, remembered Tallulah’s “kindness, strength, and beautiful spirit”.<\/p>\n
Officers are appealing for anyone with information or CCTV, dashcam or other footage of the incident to get in contact. <\/p>\n
