Arsenal have been told their bid for Bruno Guimaraes, which was rejected by Newcastle was an \u201cinsult\u201d and they are way below where they need to be for him.<\/p>\n
The Gunners have eyes on some very big names this summer. It\u2019s a great support up there, he\u2019s really well liked. I would say if it\u2019s true they\u2019ve offered \u00a355m, that\u2019s an insult.
