So instead, they\u2019ve now negotiated a separate transfer agreement, which, <a href=\"https:\/\/weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com\/around-the-premier-league\/165809\/official-everton-sign-tyrique-george-on-loan-from-chelsea\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">according to the BBC<\/a>, includes a \u00a324m up-front fee, plus \u00a36m in potential add-ons \u201cbased on European qualification and appearances\u201d. Oh, and Chelsea have also retained a 15 per cent sell-on!<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">So that\u2019s pretty good negotiating on our part considering that the buy-option was probably in the same ballpark (perhaps with a different set of add-ons and such). Last summer, Chelsea would\u2019ve settled for \u00a320m, which was the agreed fee with Fulham before that transfer fell through at the last minute.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">George made 11 appearances in Everton blue last season, to go along with another 11 made in Chelsea Blue.
