Welcome to the weekend! As usual, there’s plenty to check out on Xbox over the next couple of days, including some Free Play Days<\/a> additions along with a handful of Xbox Game Pass<\/a> extras to start the month.<\/p>\n

Here’s what we’re playing on Xbox this weekend:<\/p>\n

I’m on a mission to get as many Microsoft Rewards points as possible before GTA 6<\/a> rolls around. With that in mind, I’ve been trying to check out various Xbox Game Pass titles across both console and PC over the past few days. The one I’m hooked on at the moment is Football Manager 26<\/a> on PC – I downloaded the BassyBoy mod pack for it, and now I’ve got loads of authentic stadiums along with the ability to move the camera wherever I want!<\/p>\n

When I’m not playing Football Manager this weekend, I’ll probably be dipping into some Forza Horizon 6<\/a> on my Xbox Series X, and maybe even some Disco Elysium: The Final Cut<\/a> – I started that one recently, but it got lost in the shuffle when a few busy releases came along. It seems really good though, so hopefully I’ll find some time for it.<\/p>\n

I can’t pinpoint when or why it happened, but it seems as though I\u2019m hellbent on completing every RPG that fell victim to neglect because whatever new and shiny thing happened to pass into view and distract my simple brain.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been really good too. I\u2019ve managed to roll credits on Kingdom Hearts 1<\/a>, Re:Chain of Memory<\/a>, and now I\u2019m neck deep in the excellent Final Fantasy XVI<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t feel like playing much else at the moment, at least not until I\u2019m done lolligagging with Clive Rosfield, that is. If, by some masterstroke of couch-potato behaviour, I manage to roll credits on the RPG, then replaying all of the Gears of War<\/a> games might be on the cards. Feels like the right kinda year for it, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n
