Brand new details from Star Wars Starfighter<\/a> have been leaked and we now know names of characters, a Jedi planet and more.<\/p>\n

It has been quite some time since detailed and legitimate Star Wars leaks have been published but now those wanting a sneak peek at what will come next May are in for a treat.<\/p>\n

This new information is coming from the renowned Star Wars leaker known as MakingStarWars <\/a>who previously gave us plot leaks on most of the Disney Star Wars productions. He has now posted a series of Tweets on Star Wars Starfighter and we\u2019ll be covering all of them below.<\/p>\n

Protagonist Details<\/p>\n

Firstly, let\u2019s start with the name of our new protagonists. Ryan Gosling is playing Cade <\/a>and Flynn Gray is playing a character with a name that sounds like Rone or Ronin. It is unknown if either has a surname. Flynn also uses an American accent.<\/p>\n

Cade is a rogue\/Han Solo-style protagonist according to MSW<\/a>. He also wears a necklace that is said to be important. It is reported that early in development, Cade is the best friend of Flynn Gray\u2019s father. Amy Adams will play Flynn\u2019s character\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n

Ryan Gosling\u2019s role in the film is to safely transport Cade to a new planet called Adaria as it has Jedi academy<\/a>\/refuge. It is said Gosling and Gray have a tremendous amount of chemistry. Director Shawn Levy is credited with having a good track record working with child actors with Stranger Things.<\/p>\n

Jedi Planet Info<\/p>\n

Now for a description of the new planet Adaria<\/a>. It is described as lush green location but has a muddy contrast. It is East Asian-inspired and has tiki-style huts. On set, large mechanical struts, possibly landing gear were present. As we know, Tom Cruise turned up on set to film a Lightsaber duel scene in a muddy location. Now we know that duel took place on Adaria.<\/p>\n

This location also has Jedi. The Jedi appeared <\/a>to resemble padawans; similar to Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin at the end of Episode I The Phantom Menace.<\/p>\n

More Character Leaks<\/p>\n

Speaking of Jedi and Lightsabers, Mia Goth and Aaron Pierre have a Lightsaber duel<\/a> on Adaria. Pierre is connected <\/a>to the Jedi sanctuary on Adaria in some way.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Ryan Gosling\u2019s wife, Eva Mendes<\/a>, supposedly has an interesting role. This is something Bespin Bulletin heard quite some time ago but chose not to report it. Mendes\u2019 character is described as being a \u201cfully glammed out cantina owner named Belle\u201d. This character is also not human as she is 650 years old. Her\u00a0outfit is a set of \u201cgold skin-tight pants, corset with a golden cape.\u201d<\/p>\n

In other recent Star Wars Starfighter news, footage of the film<\/a> was shown behind closed doors to attendees of CineEurope. Also, the film has already been edited into a watchable cut according to actor Matt Smith. You can learn more about what he had to see on the film here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
