2<\/p>\n Zerafa has signed with Hearn, plunging a clash with Eubank Jr into doubtCredit: Getty<\/p>\n Zerafa and Eubank Jr had reportedly been in advanced talks<\/a> over a clash, which was initially touted for two months time.<\/p>\n A target date of September had been put forward, but Zerafa had started that an agreement was very close.<\/p>\n However it has since been announced that ‘Pretty Boy’ has inked a deal with Matchroom Boxing and Hearn.<\/p>\n It is now impossible that Eubank Jr will be his next opponent, as he will return on an undercard next month.<\/p>\n Read More In Boxing<\/p>\n His appearance will come on August 12 on the Gold Coast as a prelim to Teremoana Teremoana vs DeAndre Savage.<\/p>\n Of course a fight with the British star could come later in the year given he has signed a four-year deal with Hearn.<\/p>\n But Eubank Jr’s shaded past and turbulent relationship with the Matchroom Boxing kingpin could now make it hard for the pair to do business.<\/p>\n Hearn has admitted there would be several obstacles to him promoting Eubank Jr, thus it would make it tricky for the fight to now take place.<\/p>\n Zerafa said of the move: “I can\u2019t say too much about what is coming.<\/p>\n “But there have been some massive opportunities promised \u2013 including a world title shot \u2013 so it is definitely exciting times.<\/p>\n 2<\/p>\n Eubank Jr is still seeking a return to boxing despite his rematch defeat to BennCredit: Getty<\/p>\n \u201cAnd my dream remains the same, to become a world champion.<\/p>\n \u201cBut now, with a proper structure in place, a proper team around me now \u2013 which Matchroom have sorted \u2013 it puts me back in line for that world title dream.
