{"id":677016,"date":"2026-07-06T17:03:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T17:03:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/677016\/"},"modified":"2026-07-06T17:03:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T17:03:13","slug":"hollywood-star-ben-stiller-visits-seething-airfield-in-norfolk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/677016\/","title":{"rendered":"Hollywood star Ben Stiller visits Seething airfield in Norfolk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  Seething Airfield, near Loddon, welcomed American actor and filmmaker Ben Stiller on Sunday evening.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Stiller, who is known for his leading roles in Zoolander and Night at the Museum, was visiting ahead of a new film based on a Second World War pilot who was stationed there.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\" alt=\"Ben Stiller\"\/>Ben Stiller spent time with the members at the clubhouse (Image: Dan Gay)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Members of the airfield were left stunned by his last-minute visit to explore the &#8220;incredible wartime history&#8221; of Seething Airfield.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Dan Gay, a long-standing member at the airfield, said it was &#8220;a real pleasure&#8221; to meet the star and added that he &#8220;couldn&#8217;t have been more friendly and down to earth&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\" alt=\"Ben Stiller\"\/>Ben Stiller (second from right) with the airfield members (Image: Dan Gay)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;We didn&#8217;t know he was coming until shortly before he arrived but he had a look around the museum and spent some time in the clubhouse with us,&#8221; he said\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;It was clear he has a genuine passion for telling this story and we&#8217;re really looking forward to welcoming Ben and the production team back at some point.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Seething Airfield, near Loddon, welcomed American actor and filmmaker Ben Stiller on Sunday evening.
