In a tribute issued through the force, his son described his father as someone who had a “good heart” and “always cared” for those around him.<\/p>\n

“I remember growing up as a kid, walking to the shops with you. You’d make me laugh and give me a hand full of change to buy sweets,” he said.<\/p>\n

“There are so many fond memories that I share with you.”<\/p>\n

His daughter added: “It’s strange and impossible to put into words what we are feeling.<\/p>\n

“For years you were our dad. Dad, you shaped part of who we are today. Rest in peace, love you.”<\/p>\n
