Activision\u2019s recently announced<\/a> Call of Duty: Black Ops<\/a> ports will be available across PS5 and PS4, as confirmed by new Trophy lists on Sony\u2019s servers.<\/p>\n

The publisher revealed<\/a> its intent to bring these classic first-person shooters to contemporary consoles last month<\/a> via dev Iron Galaxy, but it wasn\u2019t clear whether it\u2019d rely on PS4 backwards compatibility to serve both systems.<\/p>\n

But Trophy lists<\/a> for PS5 and PS4 versions of both Black Ops and Black Ops 2 confirm the pair will be getting native re-releases for each box.<\/p>\n

\"Call<\/a><\/p>\n

While these versions will include all content from the PS3 originals \u2013 including campaign, competitive multiplayer, and co-op zombies \u2013 there\u2019s unlikely to be much difference between the PS5 and PS4 versions, as these are direct ports.<\/p>\n

For what it\u2019s worth, the Trophy lists are all identical to the PS3 originals from over a decade ago.<\/p>\n

Activision\u2019s said the games will release in July, and the emergence of these Trophies suggests a date is imminent.<\/p>\n

It hasn\u2019t confirmed pricing yet, but recent speculation pegs them at $40 apiece<\/a> \u2013 without any DLC included. You should get both the PS5 and PS4 versions included for the same price, though, so you can 100% them twice if you really want to.<\/p>\n
