EastEnders<\/a> newest villain Bea Pollard left Albert Square in handcuffs earlier this week after holding Billy Mitchell hostage \u2013 however, fans were quick to notice an editing blunder that overshadowed the dramatic exit. <\/p>\n

Tuesday\u2019s episode of the BBC soap saw unhinged resident Bea (played by Ronni Ancona) take her obsession with Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton) to new heights after trying to destroy her relationship with husband Billy. After her attempt to kidnap Honey was foiled by Billy, she took him hostage with a corkscrew, threatening to kill him unless Honey went quietly. <\/p>\n

While many fans were hooked by the final twist in Bea\u2019s storyline, others were distracted by a glaring continuity error with her weapon of choice. In the pivotal scene, Bea is seen holding a green corkscrew to Billy\u2019s neck, but that later appeared to change colour mid-way through the character\u2019s threatening monologue. <\/p>\n

\u201cDid the corkscrew weapon change colours?? Green one minute, shiny metal the next! Am I seeing things!!\u201d one wrote on X. <\/p>\n

\u201cA few continuity problems on #Eastenders<\/a> tonight !!\u201d another wrote. \u201cFirst Bea had a green plastic corkscrew than a shiny one then a green one again ??\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDid anyone notice Bea using 2 different colors of corkscrew on Billy’s neck? #Eastenders,\u201d<\/a> a third wrote. <\/p>\n

EastEnders is no stranger to the odd continuity blunder<\/a>; in March, viewers pointed out that Billy and Honey\u2019s son Will (Freddie Phillips) was meant to be on a long holiday abroad and yet popped up in Albert Square while Davinder \u201cNugget\u201d Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) suffered a seizure. <\/p>\n

\u201cSo, according to today\u2019s episode, Will is on the (ridiculously long) holiday with his family \u2013 did he just pop back for the day the other week so he could film Nugget\u2019s seizure?!\u201d one person wrote on X\/Twitter, adding: \u201cI\u2019m becoming disproportionately obsessed with how little sense all this makes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cSo now Will is on holiday with his family? So why was he in Walford to silently stand by and record Nugget\u2019s seizure, which went absolutely nowhere?\u201d<\/p>\n
