A 16-year-old boy has died after getting into difficulty in a lake in Lincoln, weeks after another teenager drowned at the same site.<\/p>\n
Lincolnshire Police was called to Swanholme Lakes at about 17:50 BST on Thursday and the boy was taken to hospital but he died shortly before 21:00, despite initially responding to treatment, the force said.<\/p>\n
On 24 May, 15-year-old Declan Sawyer died after also getting into difficulty at the nature reserve.<\/p>\n
Since his death there have been calls for more rangers in the city’s parks.<\/p>\n
