\n Stovell House Surgery, Selsdon Park Medical Practice and Queenhill Medical Practice were rated the best for phone access.\n<\/p>\n
\n Woodcote Medical, Keston Medical Practice and County Park Practice were rated the worst for phone access.\n<\/p>\n
\n While these three surgeries were rated lowest for phone contact, the survey also asked about other things like overall experience, helpfulness of reception staff, getting an appointment and seeing a GP. Some of the lower-ranked surgeries did well in those areas.\n<\/p>\n
