\n\tWith Avengers: Doomsday<\/a> approaching, MCU fans were treated to new character art this weekend, ahead of its Dec. 18 premiere.<\/p>\n

\n\tAndy Park<\/a>, who was Marvel Studios\u2019 director of visual development until a recent round of layoffs<\/a>, shared his rendering of Doctor Doom, Steve Rogers, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men and much of the Phase Six concluding film\u2019s cast of heroes.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAvengers: Doomsday was the final full film I had the opportunity to lead as Director of Visual Development at Marvel Studios,\u201d he wrote on Instagram<\/a>. \u201cIt was truly an honor, and I was grateful to commemorate that journey with this marketing illustration which officially reveals, for the first time, the characters and their looks in the film. This one was definitely a beast to paint, but I genuinely enjoyed every minute of it.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOver the years, I\u2019ve created many illustrations like this \u2013 from Comic-Con posters and book covers to major reveals at public presentations. Each time, completing one has felt like closing a book.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPark continued, \u201cThese pieces represent more than the story or the characters in the film. For me, they also capture my own journey through the whole production\u2014the challenges, the victories, the teamwork, the relationships, and all the fun we had bringing it to life. I felt all of that while working on this illustration. Part of the journey is the end\u2026 and what a journey it has been.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Avengers: Doomsday cast includes Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Anthony Mackie (Captain America), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Tenoch Huerta (Namor), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Letitia Wright (Black Panther), Kelsey Grammer (Beast), Danny Ramirez (Joaqu\u00edn Torres \/ Falcon), Winston Duke (M\u2019Baku), Tom Hiddleton (Loki), Patrick Stewart (Charles Xavier \/ Professor X), Ian McKellen (Magneto), Alan Cumming (Nightcrawler), Rebecca Romijn (Mystique), James Marsden (Cyclops), Channing Tatum (Gambit) and more.<\/p>\n

\n\tMeanwhile, Robert Downey Jr. is making his MCU return as Victor Von Doom, and Chris Evans is also set to return as Steve Rogers.<\/p>\n
