Emmerdale’s Dawn Fletcher is delighted to receive her wedding dress next week \u2013 but despite her engagement to Joe Tate, she still has her ex-husband Billy on the brain.<\/p>\n

The blushing bride is all-smiles as she finally picks up her bespoke gown and can’t resist flaunting the package to Joe and Gabby Thomas\u2026<\/p>\n

“Is it still bad luck if the groom only sees the garment bag?” ponders our Dales spy. <\/p>\n

“Either way, marrying villainous Joe Tate is almost certainly a doomed union. Dawn may have chosen to forgive and forget Joe’s transgressions, but will she still be so sure at the altar?”<\/p>\n

Despite her excitement over the dress, there’s something more troubling on Dawn’s mind. After asking Gabby and Billy to keep their relationship private from the kids, she’s still clearly not supportive of them dating\u2026<\/p>\n

“Dawn didn’t give two hoots about Billy when she cheated on him with Joe, but now that her ex has moved on and found new love, it’s possible that she’s missing him,” continues our insider.<\/p>\n

“The fact that Billy’s new girlfriend lives with Dawn is pretty unfortunate, and she feels as though she just can’t escape their growing feelings!”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, after Billy prepares a romantic dinner for her, troubled Gabby distracts him so that she doesn’t have to eat it. Could her wellness obsession put a strain on the new relationship?<\/p>\n

And could Dawn be regretting her decision to choose Joe over Billy?<\/p>\n

Emmerdale bosses recently named<\/a> the Joe, Dawn and Billy story as one of the biggest to watch out for this summer, as we build towards their wedding storyline.<\/p>\n

“Although her wedding day is fast approaching, Dawn is struggling to see her ex Billy dating Gabby,” a show spokesperson explained.<\/p>\n

“Soon even Joe, the groom-to-be, starts to wonder if Gabby might be right about Dawn still having feelings for Billy. Will the wedding of the summer go off without a hitch or will jealousy destroy their big day?”<\/p>\n

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 8pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX<\/a>.<\/p>\n
