Claudia Winkleman has said she was \u201ctoo nervous to enjoy\u201d her eponymous talk show and will not bring it back for another series.<\/p>\n
The Claudia Winkleman Show, which launched earlier this year, saw her interview celebrity guests in front of a studio audience.<\/p>\n
In a statement, she said: \u201cI\u2019m incredibly grateful to the BBC for giving me the opportunity, to the guests who agreed to come and chat to me, and the production team who were simply excellent.<\/p>\n
\u201cSometimes you have to try something to see how it fits, and I realised I was just too nervous to enjoy it.<\/p>\n
\u201cMaybe one day I will give it another try, but for now I already have the best jobs in the world and absolutely love the shows I\u2019m doing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Winkleman, who stepped down from presenting Strictly Come Dancing after 15 years last December, presents The Traitors and spin-off The Celebrity Traitors, as well as other TV shows.<\/p>\n
Her chat show was produced by So Television, the company behind the award-winning The Graham Norton Show.<\/p>\n
Winkleman\u2019s show filled the same Friday nighttime slot on BBC One in the gap between series, after Norton reduced the number of shows he filmed each year.<\/p>\n
She interviewed guests including Jennifer Saunders, Dan Levy and Jeff Goldblum.<\/p>\n
Her show attracted an audience of between 1.5 million and 2 million views, according to the BBC, with clips from chat shows attracting further views across social media.<\/p>\n
