Emergency services were called to the major road at around 8.25pm this evening, Friday, July 17, following reports of a crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The road was shut near The Raven Wetherspoons, with officers from Merseyside Police and crews from the North West Ambulance Service in attendance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Police said the man suffered minor injuries that did not require hospital treatment.
