As reported by the Liverpool Echo,<\/a> the Reds have agreed a fee of around \u00a3740,000 with Atletico Nacional for the attacking midfielder.<\/p>\n As part of the deal, he will remain at the Colombian side for a further 12 months and will arrive during next summer’s transfer window after turning 18 in April. However, it is Liverpool who appear to have won the race to sign him, even if fans will have to wait a year to see him in the flesh.<\/p>\n Mbaye on the move<\/p>\n The Reds have been put on alert after Ibrahim Mbaye of Paris Saint-Germain was made available for transfer.
