A 29-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving after a car was driven into a crowd in County Dublin on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Footage of the incident, on Harbour Road, Skerries, has been widely shared on social media and appears to show people fighting in the area and a car being driven at a group of people.<\/p>\n
Three teenagers, two girls and a boy, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the incident, Irish broadcaster RT\u00c9 has reported.<\/p>\n
Sean McGlone, from Beechwood Drive in Drogheda, appeared before Balbriggan District Court on Monday.<\/p>\n
The court heard that McGlone was arrested in his home at about 18:00 local time on Sunday on suspicion of the driving offence of endangerment.<\/p>\n
He was then taken to the Garda (Irish police) station where he was charged.<\/p>\n
An application for bail was made and the officer did not object, so long as a number of conditions were imposed.<\/p>\n
Judge Stephanie Coggins granted bail on his own bond of \u20ac5,000 with a lodgement of \u20ac1,000 on Monday.<\/p>\n
McGlone, who drives a van as part of his job, must sign on three times a week and avoid the Balbriggan and Skerries area.<\/p>\n
