\n Faulkner’s opponent at the BKFC show in Serbia in October has been confirmed.\n<\/p>\n
\n The big-hitting Egremont fighter will take on Dilan Prasovic in a top-of-the-bill heavyweight contest.\n<\/p>\n
\n The 6ft 3in Prasovic has turned to the bare-knuckle arena after a long career in professional boxing.\n<\/p>\n
\n His career in gloved boxing included a world title fight against Lawrence Okolie for the WBO cruiserweight title in 2021, the British fighter coming on top with a third-round knockout.\n<\/p>\n
\n His record in pro boxing produced 22 victories and eight defeats, before Prasovic turned to the BKFC last year.\n<\/p>\n

\n He has two wins from his first two fights on the platform and will now bid to dethrone Faulkner, the reigning European heavyweight champion who has held the belt since his victory against Dawid Oskar in November 2024.\n<\/p>\n
\n That was a third win from three for the unbeaten Cumbrian, whose ferocious fight with Oskar attracted plenty of attention – including from rap star Snoop Dogg, who shared footage of the battle to his millions of social media followers.\n<\/p>\n

\n Announcing the fight, 37-year-old Faulkner wrote on Instagram: “Here we go again. October 17th. Serbia. We’re heading into the lions den.”\n<\/p>\n
