\n A report by The Athletic<\/a> claims talks were held over a package worth around \u00a35million after the winger\u2019s impressive loan spell at the Toughsheet Stadium.\n<\/p>\n

\n However, the approach was rejected with Brighton viewing Cozier-Duberry as part of their first team plans. He could even sign a new contract at the Amex Stadium.\n<\/p>\n

\n The report also claims Augsburg, Paris FC and Rangers are keen on the 21-year-old. Previously, West Ham were linked with a potential move.\n<\/p>\n

\n Cozier-Duberry enjoyed a dream spell at Bolton as the club sealed promotion back to the Championship, chipping in with eight goals and 10 assists in the league.\n<\/p>\n

\n He also had a spell on loan at Lancashire rivals Blackburn Rovers in 2024\/25 but struggled to nail down a place in the side due to injury and a change of manager.\n<\/p>\n

\n Earlier this month, Steven Schumacher confirmed the winger would be training with Brighton in pre-season<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cI spoke to Amario a couple of weeks ago\u00a0and his plan is to go back into Brighton\u00a0and start pre-season with them,\u00a0so I hope he goes and does really well,\u201d he said.\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cI just said to him, play with the same energy and enthusiasm\u00a0that he did with us every single day,\u00a0and try to impress the manager.\u00a0He impressed us from day one,\u00a0and I’m sure if he does that\u2026 he’s infectious.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n \u201cI hope he gets an opportunity at Brighton,\u00a0I’m sure he’ll play the pre-season games there. I don’t know exactly what their World Cup personnel are,\u00a0who is and isn\u2019t there,\u00a0but let’s hope he gets an opportunity.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\n Schumacher didn\u2019t completely rule out a return for any of last season\u2019s loan players. Since then, Marcus Forss travelled with the squad in Slovakia<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

\n Forss spent last term on loan from Middlesbrough until his campaign was cut short by a hamstring injury.
