ViiV Healthcare will present a broad range of clinical and real-world data at AIDS 2026, highlighting progress across its integrase strand transfer inhibitor portfolio, including long-acting medicines and pipeline developments. <\/p>\n
The data will be shared at the 26th International AIDS Conference in Rio de Janeiro from 26\u201331 July.<\/p>\n
The company will report phase IIIb results from the VOGUE daily orals study, the first head-to-head, randomised comparison of the 2\u2011drug regimen dolutegravir\/lamivudine with the 3\u2011drug regimen bictegravir\/emtricitabine\/tenofovir alafenamide in treatment\u2011na\u00efve adults living with HIV. <\/p>\n
Additional VOGUE analyses will examine study demographics, including adults with high viral loads, and pooled data will assess viraemic events and outcomes for dolutegravir\/lamivudine compared with 3\u2011drug regimens.<\/p>\n
A series of presentations will focus on long\u2011acting injectable treatment. Late\u2011breaking week 96 results from the LATA study, led by University College London, will evaluate cabotegravir + rilpivirine long acting versus daily oral therapy in virologically suppressed adolescents across sub\u2011Saharan Africa. <\/p>\n
New OPERA real\u2011world data from the US cohort will compare injectable cabotegravir + rilpivirine with daily oral bictegravir\/emtricitabine\/tenofovir alafenamide in virologically suppressed adults. Week 96 findings from the IMPALA study, led by London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, will provide insights into long\u2011acting treatment outcomes in adults with prior adherence challenges. <\/p>\n
A community co\u2011produced survey, Ask Us Europe, will explore whether people living with HIV are having equitable conversations with healthcare providers about long\u2011acting options.<\/p>\n
In HIV prevention, six\u2011month phase I CLARITY results will describe participant experience and acceptability of cabotegravir long acting versus lenacapavir injections after a single dose, alongside late\u2011breaking participant\u2011reported outcomes. <\/p>\n
CAPTIVATE will outline real\u2011world use and delivery of cabotegravir long acting for PrEP in US practice, while updated PrEPFACTS results will detail adherence patterns using administrative claims data.<\/p>\n
