Organisers have revealed more details about Bangladesh\u2019s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026. They also confirmed the host, jury, and a new date for the national final.<\/p>\n
The final of Voice of Bangladesh will take place on September 30. Organisers recently moved the show from its previously announced date.<\/p>\n
12 artists will compete in the televised final. The winner will represent Bangladesh at the inaugural Eurovision Song Contest Asia.<\/p>\n
The competition follows a format similar to that of the Eurovision Song Contest. Public voting will decide the winner, although the jury may also have a role in the final result.<\/p>\n
Singer and actor Tahsan Khan will host the national final.<\/p>\n

Eurovision Song Contest Asia<\/p>\n
The first Eurovision Song Contest Asia will be held on November 14 in Bangkok, Thailand. Like the Eurovision Song Contest, each country\u2019s participation is organised by a participating broadcaster. Each participating broadcaster is expected to select its entry through holding a national final in their country.<\/p>\n
The format of the national selections will be revealed in the coming months, with some countries opting to hold multi-week selections.<\/p>\n
The rules of the contest will match those of the Eurovision Song Contest, meaning that a song must not exceed 3 minutes in length and no more than 6 people can be on stage. The winner will be determined by 50% televoting and 50% jury voting.<\/p>\n
