\n Nexgen Golf<\/a> has secured 1,800 sq ft of ground-floor retail space at Maxim 3 in Maxim Park<\/a>, located in Eurocentral<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

\n The centre will join other amenities like Mighty Rick’s<\/a> Gym run by boxing world champions boxer Ricky Burns<\/a>, yoga classes, and fittingly, a putting green.\n<\/p>\n

\n Chris Tierney of Nexgen Golf said: “We are extremely excited to announce that Nexgen Golf is opening its second site at the wonderful Maxim Park.\n<\/p>\n

\n “After our refurbishment, we will be delighted to be Lanarkshire\u2019s very first 24\/7 indoor golf centre.\n<\/p>\n

\n “We will be partnering with the world\u2019s leading launch monitor and simulator company Trackman.”\n<\/p>\n

\n Mr Tierney said the centre will feature three Trackman iO<\/a> simulator bays as its main attraction, offering immersive virtual golfing experiences for players of all skill levels.\n<\/p>\n

\n He said: “Coaching, corporate events, product launches and much more will make Nexgen Maxim Park the number one destination for indoor golf in Scotland.”\n<\/p>\n

\n Caroline Baillie, director of park services, said: “We are pleased to welcome Nexgen Golf to Maxim.\n<\/p>\n

\n “It represents another important addition to the growing mix of businesses and amenities available here, creating an even more vibrant destination for occupiers and the wider community.\n<\/p>\n

\n “High quality leisure facilities play an important role, helping to support employee wellbeing, encourage collaboration and more opportunities for people to connect beyond the office.”\n<\/p>\n
