The feature automatically displays order receipts, tracking numbers and live shipping updates inside the Wallet app by pulling information from Gmail, giving users a single place to monitor eligible deliveries.The feature is currently available only to users in the United States and requires Gmail&#8217;s Smart features and personalisation and Package tracking settings to be enabled. Once these permissions are turned on, Google Wallet automatically surfaces upcoming deliveries on its home screen and provides direct access to package tracking information.<\/p>\n<p>How to enable order tracking in Google Wallet<\/p>\n<p>Before using the feature, users need to ensure the required Gmail settings are enabled.Open the Gmail app.Go to Settings and select your Google account.Turn on Package tracking.Enable Smart features and personalisation (also referred to as Smart features in other Google products), allowing Google Wallet to access order information from Gmail.After these permissions are enabled, no additional setup is required inside Google Wallet.<\/p>\n<p>How to view your online orders<\/p>\n<p>Once an eligible online purchase is made and the confirmation email reaches Gmail, Google Wallet automatically adds the delivery information. Follow these stops:Open Google Wallet to see upcoming deliveries on the home screen.Tap an order to view its receipt, shipping details and current delivery status.Select View more to browse a longer history of eligible online purchases.Tap Track Package to open the carrier&#8217;s official tracking page for more detailed shipment updates.<\/p>\n<p>Things to know before using the feature<\/p>\n<p>The feature relies on Google scanning eligible order confirmation emails in Gmail to extract tracking information. Users who do not enable Smart features and personalisation or Package tracking will not see delivery information in Google Wallet.At present, online order tracking in Google Wallet is limited to users in the United States.
