In a new social media post, the model and actress shows off her fantastic figure in a skimpy swimsuit while vacationing in Europe. \u201cOh Greece . i love you \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddf7\u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffd\ud83e\udd0d \ud83e\udee0 \ud83e\uded2,\u201d she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. \u201cGorgeous, Gorgeous, Gorgeous !!!!!!\ud83d\udd25\u201d one of her followers commented. \u201cThe body and face of a goddess! Your beauty is simply out of this world,\u201d added another. How does the 41-year-old manage to look half her age? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Pia does Pilates. \u201cI work with Fluidform [Pilates] and have been doing it at home now for some time. [Kirsten King\u2019s] whole philosophy as a Pilates teacher is about poise and lengthening,\u201d Pia revealed to <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bodyandsoul.com.au\/lifestyle\/celebrities\/pia-miller-on-being-an-imperfect-working-mum-sageing-and-how-pilates-keeps-her-fit\/news-story\/06b2da5c239bdba72012285c647b41b6\">Body + Soul<\/a> about her go-to workout.<\/p>\n<p>Whitesell is a hiker. In this recent set of<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CGRBkuSHOby\/\"> photos<\/a> she hikes a cave trail in Sydney. \u201cAdventure time,\u201d she captioned it. \u201cThe faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits,\u201d the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/fitness\/in-depth\/walking\/art-20046261\">Mayo Clinic<\/a> says about hiking. \u201cFor example, you may start out as an average walker, and then work your way up to walking faster and walking a mile in a shorter amount of time than an average walker, similar to power walkers. This can be a great way to get aerobic activity, improve your heart health and increase your endurance while burning calories.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pia loves spinning on exercise bikes and outdoors. \u201cA single exercise session that gets your heartrate up can lower blood pressure, improve sleep, lower anxiety and improve insulin sensitivity on the day you do it. Other benefits, like lowering your risk of many chronic diseases and cancers, start adding up within days or weeks of regular physical activity,\u201d says the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/fitness\/in-depth\/how-much-exercise-do-you-really-need\/art-20457580\">Mayo Clinic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have an infrared sauna, so I use that a lot. And I have an unheated pool, so I go from the sauna to the pool,\u201d Pia told Body + Soul. \u201cI really do love infrared \u2013 you can have a moment of escapism. It\u2019s like, \u2018Boys, I\u2019m in the sauna. Do not disturb.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pia also makes sure to exercise. \u201cI switch it up with going to the gym and listening to hip-hop while running on the treadmill or on the step machine,\u201d she told Body + Soul. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving.\u00a0According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity each week.<\/p>\n<p>Pia, who lives in Malibu with her husband, loves surfing. According to the Australian government\u2019s <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au\/health\/healthyliving\/surfing-health-benefits#health-benefits-of-surfing\">Better Health<\/a>, surfing provides many health benefits, including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which is also strengthened from the paddling, and leg and core strength. \u201cOnce you\u2019re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,\u201d they say.<\/p>\n<p>Pia prioritizes her mental health. \u201cBeing in the ocean and outdoors as much as possible with my boys. Whether it\u2019s at a basketball court or going for a coastal walk, racing up the street. I have these boys with this insane athletic ability.
