The three-time Grand Slam finalist will bring invaluable experience to Noah’s team. He boasts a 6-3 win-loss record in the competition and has enjoyed doubles success alongside Alcaraz, with the pair unbeaten in two Laver Cup matches together.

“Casper is exactly the type of player you want on your team,” said Noah. “He’s a fantastic competitor, a great teammate and someone who really embraces what the Laver Cup is all about. I’m really happy to have him back on Team Europe.”

“We’ve got a great balance of experience and young talent and more importantly, players who know one another well and genuinely enjoy competing together. We were disappointed not to win last year, but that’s given us more motivation. We know how good Team World will be and we’re ready for the challenge.”

Ruud said he was relishing the opportunity to once again represent Team Europe.

“The Laver Cup is one of the highlights of my season,” said Ruud. “There’s simply nothing else like it in tennis. The team atmosphere is incredible, and representing Europe always means a lot.”

“We came up short last year, so there’s definitely extra motivation to put that right in London. Playing at The O2 again, with the British fans creating such a fantastic atmosphere, will make it even more special.”

Team World Captain Andre Agassi and Vice Captain Pat Rafter will lead the defending champions, whose side features World No.6 Alex de Minaur, World No.8 Ben Shelton, World No.10 Taylor Fritz, World No.11 Alexander Bublik, World No.16 Learner Tien and World No.21 Tommy Paul.

The Laver Cup returns to London and The O2 in 2026, the venue for one of the most iconic moments in tennis history, when Roger Federer played the final competitive match of his career alongside his great rival Rafael Nadal and fellow “Big Four” members Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray in 2022.

With both teams now confirmed and Team World having claimed three of the last four Laver Cup titles, the stage is set for another thrilling chapter in the rivalry between Europe and the World. Fans can expect world-class matchups, never-before-seen doubles pairings and the unique spectacle of rivals becoming teammates on the Laver Cup’s signature black court.

Tickets, hospitality packages, and premium experiences are available now via AXS, the official ticketing partner of The O2.
