Karren Brady<\/a> has left her Instagram followers stunned after debuting a dramatic new appearance on Friday, with many claiming she looked ‘unrecognisable’.<\/p>\n

The Apprentice star, 56, shared a glam snap as she posed in a chic white dress, displaying a slimmer frame and tauter visage.<\/p>\n

Karren cinched her tiny waist with a gold Chanel<\/a> belt and sported a glam make-up palette with her caramel locks styled into loose curls.<\/p>\n

The Baroness also shared a photo of her recent skin-tightening procedure on her arms as she revealed she has undergone a course of Exion skin-tightening with radio frequency.<\/p>\n

She explained: ‘Exion uses radiofrequency and targeted ultrasound to naturally boost hyaluronic acid by up to 224%, while stimulating collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer, more youthful-looking skin – all with no needles, no pain, and no downtime.’<\/p>\n

However followers were distracted by her head to toe transformation, rather than focusing on her arms.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rushing to the comments, some were quick to praise Karren while others speculated she may have\u00a0slimmed down as a result of\u00a0weight-loss<\/a> jabs and was now ‘too skinny’ – despite the star previously denying she’d used the medication.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

They wrote: ‘Yup – another Ozempic win’; ‘Cricky you look so skinny’; ‘Ozempic again’; ‘What have you done to yourself?’; ‘Nope sorry, the line of massively underweight has been crossed’; ‘For a second I really thought it was a different person; ‘Weight-loss jabs?’.<\/p>\n

Daily Mail have contacted Karren’s reps for comment.<\/p>\n

Last year\u00a0Lord Sugar<\/a>‘s adviser on the BBC<\/a> TV show spoke\u00a0exclusively to the Mail on Sunday, saying: ‘I have lost quite a bit,’ as she showcased her slender frame while attending the Chain of Hope Gala on Friday held in London<\/a>‘s Natural History Museum.<\/p>\n

But she insists her willowy figure is not a result of taking the new weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic but from ‘bloody hard work’.<\/p>\n

The businesswoman says she doesn’t know how much she has lost in total as ‘I don’t weigh myself’ but thinks it is more than a stone and explained her recent weight-loss was triggered by becoming a grandmother.<\/p>\n

‘I have been on a health kick, I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit healthy grandma, so I started eating healthy and exercising.<\/p>\n

‘I haven’t joined [the Ozempic Club] – bloody hard work. It is okay losing it, it is keeping it off.<\/p>\n

In a revealing interview with the Radio Times when she first joined The Apprentice in 2010, she said: ‘I worry I look posh and fat,’ adding: ‘I’ve spent 20 years battling my weight. Alan’s so fit and slim I look huge in comparison.’<\/p>\n

But Karren who is the vice chairman of West Ham United, says Lord Sugar has been something of a heath kick buddy.<\/p>\n

‘He is great he is very fit. He and my husband cycle when we go away on holiday. He is super fit himself so if anyone is giving tips it is him to me.<\/p>\n

‘We went around Ital<\/a>y\u00a0which was lovely on Lord Sugar’s boat. It was incredible. He is really lovely and has a wonderful family.’<\/p>\n

In April\u00a0Karren<\/a>‘s\u00a0daughter Sophia Peschisolido<\/a>\u00a0revealed she’s pregnant with her second child.<\/p>\n

The Apprentice star is set to become a grandmother once again, just a year after Sophia welcomed a son with her fianc\u00e9 Frankie Makin<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sharing the news of her pregnancy on Instagram, Sophia shared a sweet video of herself and Frankie on the beach in Dubai<\/a> in the son, with her bump on full display.<\/p>\n

She captioned the post: ‘coming soon\u2026 baby #2.’<\/p>\n
