\n The Norfolk native joins on a three-year contract from Warwickshire, who she signed for at the dawn of the new domestic structure.\n<\/p>\n
\n In two years at Edgbaston to date, she has taken 28 wickets.\n<\/p>\n
\n During the regional era, she played for Central Sparks where she took 72 wickets across List A and T20 cricket.\n<\/p>\n
\n Arlott has also played ten times for England across ODIs and T20s, bursting onto the scene with 3-14 in a WT20 against the West Indies in 2025.\n<\/p>\n
\n The 28-year-old said, “I\u2019m delighted to be joining Yorkshire at what is a pivotal point in the development of their team.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I\u2019m in no doubt that women\u2019s cricket has grown rapidly across the region and I\u2019m excited to experience the energy behind this.\n<\/p>\n
\n “When I spoke to (women\u2019s head coach) Rich Pyrah and (general manager of cricket) Gavin Hamilton, I could feel the vision of where they are taking this team.\n<\/p>\n
\n “To get the opportunity to play with cricketers like Lauren Winfield-Hill and Jess Jonnassen is a huge pull too.\n<\/p>\n
\n “These are legends of the game, and I feel ready to help get Yorkshire to the very top.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Yorkshire have also announced the permanent signing of Alice Clarke from Lancashire.\n<\/p>\n
\n She joins on a three-year deal with immediate effect and will remain with the squad for the remainder of the 2026 season.\n<\/p>\n
\n The 24-year-old has been on loan with Pyrah\u2019s side since June, where she scored 32 on debut against Durham in the Vitality Blast.\n<\/p>\n
\n Clarke came through the Lancashire pathway and impressed during her time there, going on to represent Lancashire Thunder during the regional cricket era.\n<\/p>\n
\n A wicketkeeper-batter by trade, Clarke will provide backup behind the stumps and is comfortable batting anywhere across the top six.\n<\/p>\n
\n Clarke said, “I\u2019m delighted to be permanently joining Yorkshire.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Since joining up with the team in June, it\u2019s been a fruitful period, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far.\n<\/p>\n
