At 8:33 p.m. UTC, the company said it had identified the issue and was working to resolve it, but did not reveal the underlying cause or provide a recovery timeline.<\/p>\n<p>During the outage, I repeatedly encountered the following message: \u201cAPI Error: 529 Overloaded.
