Everton were then deducted six points in 2023 under former owner Farhad Moshiri.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Premier League Independent Disciplinary Commission rewarded Burnley with \u00a326m in compensation with interest payments on top that amassed to just shy of \u00a310m.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityam.com\/everton-facing-early-termination-of-stake-sleeve-deal-as-ban-looms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Everton<\/a> share issue on <a href=\"https:\/\/find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk\/company\/00036624\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Companies House<\/a> showed an allotted number of 221,965 shares at a price of \u00a3175 apiece, totalling over \u00a338m.<\/p>\n<p>\t\tEverton investing for pay-out?<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Friedkin Group completed a majority takeover of Everton in 2024 in a deal that valued the club at \u00a3500m.
