So they tracked down healthy people in their eighth, ninth, and tenth decades of life to ask them what they were eating on a regular basis. And even though the book came out in 2018, the list of foods they put together still holds up as many of the healthiest foods you can eat.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"2\" class=\"css-1ood0zq emevuu60\">Here, the foods, drinks, and spices that the people interviewed in the book mentioned over and over again.<\/p>\n<p>The world\u2019s healthiest foods to add to your dietAlmonds<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"7\" class=\"css-1ood0zq emevuu60\">Rich in healthy fats, fiber, and protein, these nuts are made for more than snacking.
