However, there may be further disruption while train companies deal with knock-on effects from the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;CLEARED: Following on from the emergency services dealing with an incident between Exeter St David&#8217;s and Newton Abbot all lines have now reopened,&#8221; Crosscountry wrote in a post on X. &#8220;Services are returning to normal although there may still be some cancellations or delays of a result of crew and unit displacement.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The GWR website now also reports good service on most of its network.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"According to Crosscountry, the incident has been cleared and lines have re-opened.
