It proved an inspired choice, Hill winning the 1996 Drivers\u2019 Championship. 21 of his 22 grand prix victories came as a Williams driver.<\/p>\n But, in an interview with The Guardian, Hill admitted that one of his toughest tasks was to get any words out of the team\u2019s legendary co-founder and team boss, Sir Frank Williams.<\/p>\n \u201cI could never have a conversation with Frank,\u201d Hill revealed.<\/p>\n \u201cPeople used to say they\u2019d spoken to Frank and it was all lovely and I\u2019d go: \u2018Honestly?\u2019 I couldn\u2019t get two words out of him and it would dry up and he\u2019d stare at his tea.
