\n Plans have now been lodged by Mr N Leeding to convert the site into a two-bed property.\n<\/p>\n
\n This would be spread across two storeys and also feature a kitchen, dining room, study, and living room.\n<\/p>\n
\n External alterations have also been planned – including the removal of the shopfront and installation of a new front door, entrance door, rear door and brickwork.\n<\/p>\n

\n A design and access statement said the retail use in the location was “unviable” and described the building in its current state as “redundant”.\n<\/p>\n
