The 127-kilometer final stage to R\u00f8dovre began at a hectic pace, with numerous attacks before a breakaway finally established itself. Once on the local circuit, the intensity increased again, but Team Visma | Lease a Bike kept the race under control throughout the day to safely defend the leader’s jersey.<\/p>\n
The team also committed fully to setting up a bunch sprint for Van Aert. The breakaway was only caught late in the race, and the sprint turned into a chaotic affair.
