Alexander Zverev has revealed he received \u201cprofessional help\u201d having opened up about his mental state following his defeat at Wimbledon last month.<\/p>\n
After suffering a tough five-set loss to Arthur Rinderknech in the opening round at Wimbledon, Zverev<\/a> revealed he had been struggling mentally since his defeat in the Australian Open final in January.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel very alone out there at times. I struggle mentally. I\u2019ve been saying that since after the Australian Open,\u201d the German explained in his press conference.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, just don\u2019t know. I\u2019m trying to find ways, trying to find ways to kind of get out of this hole. I keep kind of finding myself back in it in a way. Yeah, I don\u2019t know. I feel, generally speaking, quite alone in life at the moment, which is a feeling that is not very nice.\u201d<\/p>\n The world No 3 added: \u201cIt\u2019s not a feeling on a tennis court, it\u2019s just a life feeling in general.
