The 18-year-old, who can operate as a No.6 or a No.8 in the middle of the park, comes into an experienced Seagulls midfield that contains the likes of Jacob Jagger Cane, Scot Bennett and Liam Sercombe.<\/p>\n
Louie has been with Bristol City since the age of 14 after featuring for the youth team of hometown club Portishead Town, and has since captained their Under-18s and Under-21s.<\/p>\n
Signing his first professional deal in October 2025 while still a second-year scholar, he helped City\u2019s U18s win the Professional Development League National title in May 2025.<\/p>\n
The teenager has also featured in numerous friendlies for City\u2019s First-Team across the past two pre-seasons, and was an unused substitute for them twice in the Championship during 2025-2026.<\/p>\n
On signing, Louie said:<\/p>\n
This will be good for me, getting out and seeing what men\u2019s football is all about.<\/p>\n

During his time with the club, Louie will wear the No.16 out on the pitch.<\/p>\n
