A Devon man has described the “amazing experience” he had witnessing a huge pod of dolphins swimming off the Devon coast.<\/p>\n
Ben Corser was treated to the spectacle while out on his boat off the coast of Budleigh Salterton at around 11am this morning (August 7).<\/p>\n
He estimated that the pod consisted of 40 dolphins which swam around his boat for around an hour heading in the direction of Torquay. Ben, who lives in Exmouth, said: “I’ve seen dolphins before but never seen them stick with us for that long, it was an amazing experience.”<\/p>\n

It’s not the first time dolphins have been spotted off the coast of Budleigh Salterton.<\/p>\n
Just last month, kayaker Peter Williams witnessed a huge pod of dolphins \u201caggressively\u201d feeding <\/a>off the coast between Budleigh Salterton and Ladram Bay.<\/p>\n
